For years, North Africa Wadiya Republic has been governed by the General Admiral Aladeen Shabazz (Sacha Baron Cohen), a childish depraved, despotic anti-Western and antisemitic bodyguards who surrounded himself with women, refused to allow the oil to be sold Wadiyan and international work on developing nuclear weapons. After the UN Security Council voted for military intervention, Aladeen trip to the United Nations Headquarters in New York City to address the council. Shortly after arriving, he was kidnapped by Clayton (John C. Reilly), a hitman hired by his uncle's dangerous Tamir (Ben Kingsley). Tamir then replace bait-Aladeen with mentally challenged named Efawadh politics, which he intends to manipulate the document signed Wadiya democratization and the country's oil fields open for business. Aladeen escaped after Clayton accidentally burn themselves to death, but the beard has been shaved by a large Clayton, making it practical to identify. Aladeen rejected the offer and traveled to New York "Small Wadiya", located near Marcy Street station, which is inhabited by refugees from the country.
